Fall Juice Recipes
Juice Bar Outfitter is based in South Florida so unfortunately for us we do not rely on the weather to help us celebrate the change of seasons. Growing up in the northeast this time of year was one of my personal favorites. The first chill in the air, the smell of hot mulled cider and of course the colors of nature made fall a special time. We can recreate those experiences with seasonal produce, spices, and dropping the ac down a little bit. Embracing the seasons with your menu is a great way to take advantage of what is fresh.
Do you change your menu to celebrate the fall season?
We love trying new recipes that use few seasonal fruits and vegetables. Here are some fall juice recipes to consider. You can warm up the recipes using spices such as ginger, and turmeric. This recipe from Deliciously Ella for Warming Beet Juice looks very yummy.
If you have not juiced a sweet potato, you need to try it. The texture is different than most juices, it has a creamy and thicker consistency but delicious and nutritious. I like to sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, so good.
