The Wild Side + jar has a patented five sides with an extra-wide base. The narrow fifth side automatically pulls ingredients toward the blade and no tamper/plunger is needed. It blends frozen ingredients 25% more efficiently yielding an overall faster and smoother blend.  The blades are blunt for safety and efficiency.
